Let's face it, baking with einkorn can be a daunting idea... especially if you're new to baking in general! It was intimidating to me, too, when I first started over 10 years ago.

In fact, one of the reasons I started A Modern Homestead was to share the einkorn recipes that I had successfully mastered.

Since then, I've shared so many einkorn recipes that you can find almost anything on my site! But if you're just getting started, these are the tried-and-true beginner recipes that I recommend!
