With fall just around the corner, I wanted to share one of our favorite cozy soups! Packed with rich flavors like caramelized onions, beef stock, garlic, and thyme, and topped with a crispy baguette and melted cheese... who could resist a bowl of homemade French onion soup?! My mom has always loved French onion soup, but never wanted to tackle the recipe herself. So I made it for her and used her vintage soup bowls!
