We skip the store-bought candy (especially at this time of year) and opt for the homemade version instead! You can use Lily's dark chocolate and your choice of powdered or liquid sweetener to make this low-carb friendly as well! Homemade MarshmallowsSoft, fluffy, and made with real grass-fed (and kosher) gelatin! We keep a batch of these on hand (in the freezer) during the entire fall so that we can have s'mores or hot chocolate whenever we want! I have two different versions that are both delicious! Either way, these are a must-have during the cold weather seasons!
