💚🍫 Double Chocolate Zucchini Bread

Hey Reader!

New on the Site: Double Chocolate Zucchini Bread

A classic summer recipe, this quick bread uses only common pantry staples! No sour cream or yogurt required, and it only uses one bowl!

A few things I love about this recipe:

  • One-Bowl - Don't worry about the dishes, this recipe only uses a single bowl to prep!
  • Naturally Sweetened - This recipe calls for maple syrup, though any type of dry sugar (white, coconut, date, monk fruit...) could be used instead!
  • Packed with Chocolate - In addition to the rich cocoa powder, there are lots of delicious chocolate chips mixed in as well!
  • Hidden Veggies - And of course, there are hidden vegetables in the bread too! No one can ever tell this is zucchini bread because of the rich chocolate taste!
