I've made these more times than I can count, and they are always a hit. Works with einkorn flour OR any all-purpose flour, so there are no excuses not to try them! My son asks for these for every birthday, and I happily oblige! This year I made them in the shape of Mickey Mouse, and they were as delicious as ever! You can finish them as glazed, powdered, or chocolate glazed (glaze recipes included). But no matter which variety you make, they won't last long! π
