Sometimes einkorn flour can be tricky... ok a LOT of times einkorn flour can be tricky! So when I am able to develop a recipe that is super forgiving and delicious, it's such a blessing! This homemade focaccia bread is made with einkorn flour, but can also be made with any all-purpose wheat. Use it to sop up hummus or as a meal on its own!

Our favorite way to enjoy this is cut in half and stuffed with turkey, tomatoes, avocados, and some homemade mayo!
