​Homemade Mozzarella​

You don't need anything but milk and vinegar for this recipe, making it a great recipe to add to your wheelhouse! "Real" mozzarella is made with rennet, but I can't always find that. So I love making this recipe instead. It's perfect for slicing and shredding, and we often use it in homemade lasagna!
