Hey Reader! It happens to the best of us... You wake up the day before (or the day of) Thanksgiving and realize you forgot to thaw the turkey! Don't worry, I've got you covered! This method for cooking a frozen turkey works with any size bird and will save the family meal!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "These instructions saved the day! I had gotten one of the last fresh turkeys 2 night before thanksgiving and handed it to my exchange son to put in the garage to stay cold (midwest 34-40º) and woke up early Thanksgiving morning to find that he had put it in our chest freezer! haha! so glad I was up early enough to find out and this tutorial worked perfectly to cook the turkey still in enough time to serve dinner at 1:30PM! It took about 2h 40min for the neck & giblets to release from our 20lb er. I also used a whole stick of butter it was a great bird, everyone was happy and our sweet exchange boy never found out :-D" - Julie T. --- I hope this Thanksgiving is a wonderful celebration for you and your family! Wishing you joy and abundance this holiday season, - Victoria
