🍁 Maple Sweetened Banana Bread Muffins

Hey Reader!

This simple banana bread muffin recipe is the perfect grab-and-go snack or breakfast, plus they are sweetened with maple syrup!

What's even better is that these banana bread muffins can easily be made ahead of time and put into the freezer. When I wake up in the morning, I can set them out to thaw on the counter or heat them back up in the oven.

It makes for a very low-maintenance morning. My favorite kind of morning!

"Love these banana muffins, they’re so easy to make and they’re pretty forgiving! ( I’ve forgotten the butter twice and they still turn out great) also I’ve subbed coconut sugar and date sugar ( added a TBS or two of milk) and they’ve come out perfect! Yum! This is now my go to banana muffin recipe." - Courtney
